Neck and Shoulder Relief: Restoring Ease and Freedom with Pam Gaither

Saturday, August 23, 2025 || 2 - 4 PM

Do you hold tension in your neck and shoulders? If so, this workshop will help.

Many factors can cause neck and shoulder pain, from medical conditions to lifestyle habits including your sleeping position. This discomfort is typically a result of movement—or lack of movement—in your daily routine. Computer and cellphone use put undue stress on your neck, shoulders and upper back. Repetitive actions cause imbalances and pain by engaging some muscle groups and neglecting others.

In this workshop we'll incorporate alignment-oriented, balanced action to release unconscious holding patterns in your neck, shoulders and upper back. Through progressively sequenced poses and mobility techniques, you’ll gain flexibility by opening the chest and strengthening the muscles that stabilize and support this region of the body.

We'll complete our practice with restorative breathwork and stillness. You'll leave feeling deep calm and renewed freedom in your mind and body.

Join Pam, certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and instructor (E-RYT-500, YACEP) on August 23rd. Learn how to help yourself rediscover ease and resilience.

All levels of yoga experience are welcome, from beginner to advanced.

CE credits are available through Yoga Alliance. This course aligns with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) guidelines.
